How do you get patients for my practice?

Does your work comply with COFEPRIS and Mexico's medical-advertising rules?
Yes. All messaging is reviewed to align with Mexico's rules for advertising health services. We avoid promises of a cure, testimonials that guarantee results, or misleading claims. We communicate your experience, your services, and your approach to care clearly and responsibly, always mindful of the regulatory framework and your practice's reputation.
How soon will I see results?
Initial campaigns usually go live in roughly 2 to 3 weeks, once messaging, creative, and follow-up are in place. From there it's common to start receiving appointment requests within the first few weeks, though volume stabilizes and improves with monthly optimization. Timelines vary by specialty, city, and competition; we don't offer guarantees of clinical outcomes or exact numbers.

We don't lock you into long-term contracts: our aim is for you to stay because of results, not a clause. On the intro call we'll walk through an investment range before you commit to anything.
Do the ad accounts stay in my name?
Yes. Your advertising accounts, historical data, and digital assets always stay in your name and under your ownership. We work with admin access, never holding your accounts hostage. If you ever decide to end the engagement, you keep your account, your campaign history, and your patient information with no friction.
What do you need from me to get started?
We need to understand your practice: specialty, services, service area, and your current appointment process. You help us with access to your existing accounts or profiles, visual material of your practice if you have it, and a point of contact who responds to appointment requests. We handle the strategy, the creative, and the day-to-day running of the campaigns.
What do reports look like, and how often do I get them?
You get clear reports on a regular cadence, typically monthly, with the metrics that matter: appointment requests, cost per contact, reach, and performance by campaign. We don't pad reports with numbers that tell you nothing. You also get a check-in meeting to review progress, answer questions, and adjust the strategy based on what we're seeing.
Do you offer any kind of guarantee?
For regulatory and ethical reasons, we don't guarantee clinical outcomes, exact patient counts, or revenue. What we do offer is commitment, full transparency in how we operate, and no forced lock-in: if the engagement isn't working, you can end it. Our model runs on sustained results and a long-term relationship built on trust.
