The Clinical Marketing, a medical marketing agency ("The Clinical Marketing," "we," or "us"), based in Mexico City, is responsible for the use and protection of your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its regulations. This document is a sample template and should be reviewed and tailored by an attorney before it is published.

We may collect identification and contact information such as your name, medical specialty, the name of your clinic or practice, email address, and phone number. During onboarding, we may request tax and billing details. We do not collect sensitive personal data about patients; any clinical information falls outside the scope of this policy.

We use your data to respond to inquiries, schedule calls, prepare service proposals, deliver and follow up on the services you engage us for, and handle administrative and billing tasks. As a secondary purpose, and unless you tell us otherwise, we may send you updates or medical marketing content.

You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel (delete), or Object to the processing of your personal data (known as ARCO rights under Mexican law), and to withdraw any consent you have given. To exercise these rights, email the contact address below with your name and a clear description of the right you wish to exercise.

Your data may be processed by technology providers that support us with hosting, email, analytics, and client management, solely to carry out the purposes described above. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent, except in the cases permitted under Article 37 of the LFPDPPP.
