An appointment funnel is the sequence of stages a prospective patient moves through, from the moment they first find a doctor or clinic to the moment they book and attend a visit. Each stage (awareness, interest, contact, and booking) narrows the group down: many people enter at the top, and only the ones who actually schedule reach the bottom.
